Who is responsible for your data
Avanteria is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Questions about this policy can be sent to sales@avanteria.com or by post to Byblos Moustache Center, Byblos, Lebanon.
What we collect
This website collects personal data in only two circumstances: when you submit a form, and when analytics are enabled with your consent.

What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
- We do not load optional analytics or marketing scripts before you have given consent.
- We do not collect special category data through this website, and ask that you do not include it in free-text fields.
Processors
- Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, edge security, form processing and privacy-preserving analytics.
- Our transactional email provider for delivery of notification emails triggered by form submissions.
- Our customer relationship management platform for storage of enquiry records for follow-up.
International transfers
Some processors operate outside Lebanon. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the transfer mechanisms provided in each processor data processing agreement, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Retention
- Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
- Consent records are retained for 24 months as evidence of consent.
- Analytics data is retained in aggregate only, with no identification of individuals.
- Security and rate-limiting logs are retained for 30 days and then discarded.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests can be sent to sales@avanteria.com and will be answered within 30 days.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies until you make a choice in the cookie preference panel, other than a single preference record storing that choice and the security cookies Cloudflare requires. Full details are in the cookie policy.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the revision date at the top of this page.
